Free Spirited Mom is the descriptive expression of how I view and carry on life with myself, family, friends and especially kiddos. Nature is my happy place. The sunshine makes me thrive, yet I see the fun in the rain too. My goal is to help moms, and other adults, enjoy what nature has to offer. Even if you are not an outdoor enthusiast at heart, I will show you ways that you can share knowledge, fun and all the benefits of nature with your kids.
